Running a Spring/Summer Marathon

Team in Training

Asheville’s Team in Training is currently recruiting for the Summer season. This year TNT is featuring the Country Music Marathon in Nashville on April 25, the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and Half Marathon in San Diego on May 31, and the Rock and Roll Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon on June 27. Team in Training is a fundraising mechanism for the Leukemia and Lymphoma's Society. TNT is the #1 endurance training program in the country. They provide coaching and fundraising tools for participants so that they will all cross the finish line. While a number of TNT's participants are new to running, they do get quite a few experienced runners and marathoners. That being said - the goal is two fold - to raise money for continued research and patient families (all of the money raised in WNC stays in WNC) as well as giving participants a positive half marathon or marathon experience! Even if you’re an experienced marathoner, being part of TNT can be a life changing event – for you and many others!! Don't hesitate to contact Lynne Marks with any questions you may have!
