Runnin’ On is always looking for material, particularly in the following categories: story about a favorite run, article about health and nutrition, training tips for runners of all abilities, notices for an upcoming race or event, individual race results for ATC members, and anything of interest for the Asheville running community. Please submit names with any photos.

Authors receive no payment for articles in Runnin’ On. The newsletter has a circulation of over 300 members, plus countless online readers. If you have anything to publish, don’t hesitate to contact Jim Semon at newsletter@ashevilletrackclub.org for assistance or further information.
